I have lived in this community for over thirty years, its a wonderful, special place.  I raised a family here, so I'm familiar with the excellent school district .  I graduated from University of Alaska Fairbanks, which is a shining star for our community.  I was elected to the Fairbanks North Star Borough Assembly for two terms which taught me more wonderful things about Fairbanks.  Over the years I have volunteered on many boards and commissions which taught me many things about the people and culture of our community.

I have recently been awarded the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation by the Real Estate Buyers' Agent Council Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. (NAR)  I join more than 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation.  All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience. 

 

Recently I have completed the requirements for Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation.  this designation represents a volume of sales as well as education and experience as a real estate broker.

 

I have received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) which required completion of classes specifically targeted to the senior population looking to purchase or sell a property.

 

In November 2010 The National Association of Professional Women awarded me the "Woman of the Year 2010-2011"  The award states I have demonstrated excellence and dedication within my profession.

 

The designations and honors are the symbols of my dedication to the professionalism within my business.  I continually  work to improve my skills to provide the best service to buyers and sellers.
