I would recommend Eileen in a heartbeat to anyone in the market for buying a house in the Fairbanks area. I have dealt with many Realtors (buying and selling) and she is by far the best one in Fairbanks. I was looking for a duplex to purchase and contacted her (she was recommended to me). In less than an hour, she had multiple listings for me to look at. It did not take long for us to find a duplex that suited me. Throughout the entire purchasing process, she was professional, honest, and prompt with getting me paperwork and with following up with the seller's agent. She even recommended an inspection engineer that was thorough. Although I have been through the selling and purchasing process before, I still needed assistance. Eileen guided me through every step along the way. I was extremely confident in her real estate expertise and felt very comfortable with dealing with her. I couldn't recommend a better realtor.
